• You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• To request a refund, simply email us at notionroutine@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief reason for your refund request
Refund Process
• Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 2 business days.
• If your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
